SÉRACIM's main responsibilitys is to receive and refer adult candidates, born in Canada or immigrants, francophone as well as anglophone, who are interested in a RAC process. SÉRACIM also aims to establish links with different organizations by offering customized information sessions, adapted to the needs of all.
SÉRACIM also distributes official information on the programs offered in RAC, job opportunities (consult the Top 50 as well as Emploi-Québec's web site) and promising sectors of activities.
In order for the offer of service to remain organized, harmonized and growing, SÉRACIM aims to maintain its actual internal and external partnerships as well as establish new links by developing new partnerships to benefit their clientele and the Montréal community. All organizations interested in sharing their concerns and employment objectives with SÉRACIM are welcome.
Promotional activities aim to increase access to RAC services in vocational training in each of the school boards on the island of Montréal.
